• WORSHIP AT FIRST LUTHERAN at 7 pm. Our mid-week offering this year will go to the Interchurch Council Ministry Center and ELCA Hunger Appeal.

EASTER LILY SIGN-UP AT CHARITON If you plan to donate a lily for Easter Sunday at First Lutheran, you may designate it as a memorial or in honor of someone. A sign-up sheet is on the table in the narthex. The list of names will be printed in the Easter bulletin.

MARCH LUTHERAN ADULT FELLOWSHIP!  LAF will meet on March 19 at 5 pm.  Marleen Oxenreider will be sharing the highlights of her recent Panama cruise.  Don’t miss it!  All adults are welcome and please bring a small treat to share.  Please wear green as we celebrate St. Patrick’s Day.

Wednesday, March 1, at noon, Christ The Servant will host mid-week Lenten service and lunch at the Corydon United Methodist Church. Lunch will follow the service. Throughout March, Wayne County Ministerial Association will continue to host mid-week Lenten services at UMC. Everyone is welcome!

FIRST LUTHERAN MIDWEEK LENTEN SERVICES
Beginning Wednesday, March 1, First Lutheran will host a light supper at 6 pm followed by worship at 7 pm.  Services will continue through March 29 at 7 pm.  Our mid-week offering this year will go to the Interchurch Council Ministry Center and ELCA Hunger Appeal.

FIRST LUTHERAN MIDWEEK LENTEN SUPPERS–NEED VOLUNTEERS
The Lenten Supper sign-up sheet is on the table in the Narthex to volunteer for preparing and serving meals.  Supper will be served on March 1, 8,15, 22, and 29.  There are still openings for three of the Wednesdays!!

 LENTEN DEVOTIONALS ARE AVAILABLE in the narthex at First Lutheran and in the basement at Christ The Servant Lutheran.  This year’s devotional is entitled “The Joy of Salvation” inspiration from Henri J. M. Nouwen.
