PASTOR ERIKA UTHE, ASSISTANT TO THE BISHOP, will be joining us on Sunday, October 30 to preach at First Lutheran and Christ the Servant Lutheran. First Lutheran will enjoy fellowship time with Pastor Uthe after worship service. Christ the Servant will be having a potluck with Pastor Uthe after their worship service.
| REMEMBERING ALL GOD’S SAINTS. On Sunday, November 6, we will remember all God’s saints. In the prayers that day, we will remember all those who have died since All Saints Sunday 2021. If you have a family member or close friend that you would like to include in this remembrance, please notify Susan in the church office via a note, email, or call by November 2. |
A SPECIAL CONGREGATIONAL MEETING has been scheduled for Sunday, November 6 at 10 am at First Lutheran by Council President Denny Bisgard. This meeting is for the purpose of adopting articles of incorporation as required by the State of Iowa. This is a renewal required by the State.
NOVEMBER IS BABY MONTH for the Ministry Center. Examples would be diapers, baby wipes, diaper cream, any baby items. THE MINISTRY CENTER IS STILL IN NEED OF ½ GALLON MILK JUGS. Thank you!
