| LAPLANDERS QUILT GUILD AT CTS will meet on Monday, November 11 beginning at 2 pm. CHURCH COUNCIL will meet on Monday, November 11 at 6:30 pm at FLC. BREAKFAST GALS will meet at 8 am on Tuesday, November 12 at Hardees. “SHARING THE WEIGHT” BLANKET MAKING will take place on Tuesday, November 12 from 9 am-3 pm at CTS. ADULT BIBLE STUDY will be held on Wednesday, November 13 at 10 am in the Fireside Room. THE WOMEN OF THE ELCA will gather on Thursday, November 14, at 1:00 pm at First Lutheran. ADULT BIBLE STUDY!Adult bible study will be on Wednesday, November 13 at 10 am in the Fireside Room at First Lutheran. The study will be on the book “The Jesus I Never Knew” pages 163-183. Thankoffering Sunday– November 24Thankofferings show gratitude for God’s blessings and give us an important and tangible way to express that gratitude. It is a tradition grounded in our celebration of community, of meeting together to joyfully give thanks for what God has given us. Thankofferings have always been, and still are, our opportunity to say thank you to God in both significant and ordinary moments. Thankoffering will be during worship on Sunday, November 24, hosted by our congregational unit of Women of the ELCA. Everyone is welcome to give thankoffering that day! CORYDON COMMUNITY THANKSGIVING SERVICE On MONDAY, NOVEMBER 25 at 6 pm, the Corydon Community Thanksgiving Service will be held at Christ the Servant. Everyone is welcome to come and join in this worship celebration! PRAYER SHAWL GROUP welcomes anyone who knits or crochets or is interested in learning how! The group meets the first Wednesday of the month at 1:30 pm. Please contact Sharon Anstey or Kay Tighe if interested.
